1.For optimal results, use the kit ONCE a day for 2 weeks. First, gently brush and floss your teeth (be cautious not to irritate your gums). Dry your teeth with a tissue.

2. Remove the cap and twist the bottom of the whitening pen (transparent gel) until a small drop of gel appears on brush tip. For the 1^stuse, you may need more twisting.

3. Smile wide keeping lips away from your teeth and brush a small amount of gel onto each visible tooth.

4. Insert the tray into your mouth and adjust your lips up and away from the tray, resting your lips comfortably over the outside of the tray.

5. Connect the light to a USB portal (computer, tablet…) or to a smartphone (iPhone or Android). The light will turn ON automatically. Wear the light for 15 minutes to whiten your teeth (the light will turn OFF automatically after 15 minutes).

6. After the whitening treatment, take out the light tray from your mouth. Rinse your mouth and the tray with cold water (please note that hot water could damage the tray).

7. Post Whitening Treatment: to desensitize and remineralize your teeth, use the desensitizing gel pen (BLUE gel). Remove the cap and twist the bottom of the pen until a small drop of gel appears on brush tip. For the 1^stuse, you may need more twisting.
